About the role
As a CUAS Systems Engineer, you support the development, integration and qualification of a Counter UAS system in a defence engineering environment. Define and manage technical interfaces between subsystems and platforms
Analyse electrical, data, mechanical, thermal, EMC/EMI and RF constraints for mission equipment installation
Support prototype builds, laboratory integration, testing, qualification, acceptance and system-level troubleshooting
What we're looking for

Master’s degree or higher education in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace or Systems Engineering
At least 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in air defence systems
Experience with systems engineering and requirements tools such as Polarion or IBM DOORS
Strong ownership, accountability and a structured, analytical approach to problem solving
Nice to have: background in air defence systems, radars, jammers, ESM equipment, remote controlled weapon systems or C2 systems
