This opportunity is ideal for an experienced program management professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure to complex product development initiatives, and enables cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact learning experiences for educators and students.
In This Role You Will:

- Apply established program governance, reporting frameworks, and communication cadences to provide visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and changes
- Identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues that could affect quality, budget, scope, or delivery timelines
- Facilitate change management activities and communicate impacts across stakeholders to support timely, informed decision-making
- Track budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and operational metrics and recommend improvements to curriculum development workflows
Core Competencies for Success:
- Manages Complexity - Makes sense of complex, interdependent information and identifies practical paths forward
- Plans and Aligns - Sets clear priorities, milestones, resources, and accountabilities that connect program work to business goals
- Collaborates - Builds effective partnerships across functions and works through shared ownership to achieve program outcomes
- Communicates Effectively - Tailors clear, timely communication to different audiences and creates visibility into decisions, risks, and progress
- Drives Results - Maintains focus on commitments, addresses obstacles, and delivers quality outcomes within agreed scope, schedule, and budget
Credentials and Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant program or project management experience in education technology, curriculum development, publishing, digital content, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience independently managing moderately complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and concurrent workstreams
- Experience managing program schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, and delivery metrics from planning through execution
- Experience coordinating internal teams, independent contractors, contingent workers, or third-party vendors against defined deliverables and quality expectations
- Proficiency with project and program management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Knowledge of curriculum development, educational publishing, content production, or digital product workflows
- Legal right to work in the United States
This role is designed to be remote. You can expect to work primarily in a collaborative professional environment while partnering frequently with distributed internal teams, independent contractors, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
