Customer Advisor (German)

Position: Customer Advisor

Location: Athens, Greece

Work model: On-site training, then hybrid possible (subject to approval and KPIs)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support customers by phone with product enquiries for electronic devices and household appliances

• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call

• Use internal systems and tools to log and follow up on cases

• Meet individual and team performance targets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near-native German

• Excellent English

• Strong telephone customer service skills

• Excellent communication and active listening

• Good MS Office skills

• Customer-oriented and adaptable, able to multitask and manage priorities

• Knowledge of electronic devices or household appliances is a plus

• Willingness to work on-site during the 10-day training

• Already based in Athens, Greece

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 21:00
