• Location: Dublin 16 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote after training)

Capaciteam is partnering with an established technology services organisation supporting enterprise customers across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join their expanding operations team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in mobile phone, telecommunications or technology support. Candidates from mobile phone stores or technology retail environments are also encouraged to apply.

The Role:

You'll support enterprise customers with their mobile technology requirements, coordinating requests between customers, suppliers, mobile network operators and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mobile service requests, including connections, upgrades, cancellations and number porting.
• Coordinate device orders, procurement and fulfilment.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and mobile network operators.
• Handle operational queries and service escalations.
• Support device deployments, migrations and other projects.
• Assist with reporting, invoice validation and service audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in mobile, telecommunications, technology support, customer service or operations.
• Mobile phone retail experience will also be considered.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident using multiple systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS is desirable.
• Experience with mobile networks, suppliers or enterprise mobility is advantageous.
