About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our growing operations team in Dublin. This role supports a large global technology customer and is responsible for coordinating international shipments, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring the efficient movement of products across multiple European locations.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across logistics, warehouse operations, finance, sales, and customer teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of international and intra-European shipments.
• Coordinate freight bookings and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documentation and commercial invoices for export transactions.
• Track and maintain shipment status updates within internal systems.
• Coordinate delivery requirements with customer locations across Europe.
• Review freight invoices and maintain accurate shipment cost records.
• Monitor and report on key logistics performance metrics, including on-time and in-full delivery performance.
• Partner with warehouse teams to ensure shipping quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and project stakeholders to support customer requirements and operational objectives.
• Support additional customer projects and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transportation operations.
• Experience coordinating exports and working with transportation providers.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or logistics management systems.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations or certification.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Exposure to multinational or cross-border logistics operations.
