YOUR TASKS

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting guests via telephone, email, chat, and social media
• Provide helpful information about reservations, services, and destinations while ensuring quick and effective solutions to guest enquiries
• Handle challenging situations professionally and confidently, aiming to resolve issues at the first point of contact
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales through up-selling and tailored recommendations for guests
• Maintain high service quality standards and contribute to achieving team targets for customer satisfaction, revenue, and conversions
• Work with internal teams across departments such as Finance, Commerce, and Hotel Operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor recurring enquiries and provide feedback to management to support continuous improvement
• Support administrative tasks, reporting, and other ad-hoc activities when required

YOUR PROFILE

• First experience in customer service, hospitality, call centre, or a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a multi-channel contact environment (phone, email, chat, social media)
• Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented, and professional in challenging situations
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and German (B2 level) are mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts covering department opening hours
