This customer service and sales role is great for top-notch, smart, quick, go-getters who love to sell and help customers! As a full-time Customer Care Professional (CCP), you will work remotely handling inbound customer service and sales, with all equipment and training provided. You will begin with a four-week live online training program, followed by continued hands-on learning as you take calls and gain a deeper understanding of both the role and our business. This position is available to candidates residing in AL, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, KY, NC, NJ, NM, NV, SC, TX, or VA.
You must be available to work a four-week training shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time. After the initial training, you must have ongoing availability Monday through Friday within the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Pacific Time.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and product support to Notary customers while also assisting with inbound sales inquiries. Successful CCPs are sociable, professional, and skilled at communicating information clearly and confidently. You will thrive in this position if you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering a positive customer experience. Because this is a remote position, you should be comfortable working independently, navigating computer systems efficiently, and managing multiple priorities. You should also be open to regular call monitoring for quality control and coaching to support your continued development and ensure our commitment to customer service excellence.
