Do you want to combine project management, customer ownership, team leadership, and long-term relationship building in a role with significant responsibility and variety?

IMI Supply Chain Solutions helps companies optimize and future-proof their supply chains through flexible software solutions for warehouse management, order management, transportation, inventory planning, and logistics visibility. By combining specialized solutions into an integrated supply chain suite, IMI enables greater efficiency, transparency, and scalability across complex logistics operations.

We work in close partnership with our customers to drive efficiency and innovation. We are now looking for a Customer Delivery Manager who wants to take ownership of customer relationships, service delivery, and long-term customer success.

About the Role

As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in leading managed services engagements and IT projects from planning through delivery. You will have overall responsibility for all deliveries to your customers, including projects of varying complexity as well as ongoing service management activities and routines.

As the primary point of contact for your customers, you will play a key role in ensuring successful deliveries, strong partnerships, and long-term business value.

The role involves close collaboration with both customers and internal teams. You will lead customer and stakeholder dialogues, plan and coordinate resources, and ensure that deliveries are completed according to agreed objectives, requirements, and timelines. You will also be responsible for budget follow-up, forecasting, risk management, and change management to ensure successful deliveries and long-term value creation for our customers.

We build long-term partnerships and work closely with our clients, giving you exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, from system users to executive leadership teams. You will be responsible for translating customer needs, agreements, and changes into clear activities and deliverables. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities by supporting the preparation of proposals, documentation, and material for contract discussions and commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from planning through delivery and follow-up

  • Lead and drive managed service engagements

  • Plan and coordinate internal resources based on project and business requirements

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and external stakeholders

  • Ensure deliveries meet agreed objectives, requirements, and expectations

  • Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and invoicing

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes

  • Maintain project documentation and administration

  • Facilitate steering committees, status meetings, and project meetings

  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposal development, and contract discussions

Your Profile

We believe you are a collaborative and relationship-oriented professional who combines structure and business acumen with a genuine commitment to customers and colleagues. You are self-driven, organised, and accountable, and you enjoy taking ownership of both customer relationships and delivery outcomes.

You thrive in a leadership role, have the ability to bring people together around common goals, and can drive progress even in complex environments. You are a strong communicator, work independently, and build trust with both customers and internal teams.

We Believe You Have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Service Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role, working with complex, business-critical systems such as ERP platforms

  • The ability to take responsibility, create structure, and drive initiatives forward, even when conditions change

  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams

  • Experience working closely with customers and other stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in IT, software development, project management, or a related field

  • A solid understanding of system integrations and business-critical processes

  • Experience working with large international customers

  • Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, or contract discussions

The position is based in Linköping, and occasional travel may be required as part of the role.
