Customer Delivery Manager (Mobile Networks & International Services)

Your Daily Routine Would Include:

• Acting as the primary technical contact for customers during pre-sales activities.
• Supporting sales teams with technical expertise during customer meetings, workshops, tenders, and proposal creation.
• Translating customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable technical solutions.
• Designing and presenting customized solutions across a range of areas, including Roaming Enabling Services, IoT Connectivity, SS7, LTE and 5G Signalling, IPX and GRX Connectivity, as well as Value Added Services such as Steering of Roaming and Travel eSIM.
• Conducting technical product presentations and solution workshops with customers and prospects.
• Coordinating technical onboarding, service implementations, and network integrations with customers and internal technology teams.
• Supporting customer projects from solution design through successful implementation.
• Driving technical discussions related to special customer requirements, routing concepts, redundancy architectures, backup strategies, and feature implementations.
• Identifying market trends and customer needs, contributing to the development of new products and services.
• Representing A1 International Business at customer meetings, industry events, and international forums.
  

We’ll Know You Can Make It If You Have:

• University degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of mobile network architectures from 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE to 5G.
• Understanding of roaming ecosystems, signalling networks, and interconnect services.
• Experience within international carrier, roaming, wholesale, or telecommunications environments.
• Good understanding of network topology, resilience concepts, redundancy planning, and service implementation processes.
• Ability to analyze complex customer environments and design end-to-end technical solutions.
• Experience working with international customers, operators, and business partners.
• Familiarity with GSMA, 3GPP, and related telecommunications standards is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
