  • Drive cross-functional alignment between customers, internal teams, subject matter experts and external partners.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies to minimize potential impact on delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices to continuously improve service and solution delivery.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of solutions by using customer feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including localization of test scenarios and validation of work instructions.
  • Monitor incidents and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective and timely resolution.
  • Support capability development by sharing expertise, facilitating knowledge transfer and providing guidance to colleagues.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure customer and market requirements are reflected in service and solution delivery priorities.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have solid experience in customer delivery, project/program management, service delivery, solution implementation or a related area, ideally within a complex international organization.
  • You have experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, including customer-facing projects.
  • You can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive progress without necessarily having direct reporting authority.
  • You demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • You are comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders and can clearly communicate project status, risks and priorities.
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset and are able to identify opportunities to optimize processes and ways of working.
  • You are comfortable using data and customer insights to support decisions and improve delivery performance.
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are comfortable working in an international environment.
