Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer education and training, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a remote position, and the candidate can work from anywhere in the USA. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer education programs and training materials to support our clients' products and services - Conduct training sessions for clients and their teams, both in person and virtually - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with product updates and changes - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure a successful and positive customer experience - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer education and training Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer education or training - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms - Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time or part-time remote position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA.
