About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Through outbound calls, you'll introduce our services, identify customer needs, and coordinate appointments or quotes with the operations team. This isn't high-pressure sales; it's about starting genuine conversations that open real opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Contact new prospects daily using lead lists provided by the company. Initiate professional, friendly conversations to understand each customer's needs (recurring cleaning, repairs, renovations).
• Schedule appointments or send quotes when there is genuine interest.
• Document every interaction in the CRM with clear, accurate notes.
• Follow up via text or email to keep the process moving.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets
• Share insights and feedback with the team to improve scripts, timing, and outreach strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in cold calling, phone sales, or customer outreach.
• Friendly, confident, and clear communication skills in English.
• Resilience in handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Own equipment: reliable laptop, headset, and stable internet connection.
• Strong organization and self-motivation for remote work.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling home or outdoor services (landscaping, pest control, HVAC).
• Familiarity with appointment setting or lead generation tools.
• Strong written communication skills for follow-up messages.
