Customer Excellence Coordinator
Location: Bolton, ON
Employment Type: Contract – 18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, standard business hours
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in office and 2 days from home
Pay Rate: $22.66/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Excellence Coordinator to support the sales team with planning, coordination, sales tools, communications, and cross-functional projects.
This role is ideal for someone who can drive projects forward, manage multiple stakeholders, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support key sales planning processes and coordinate sales tools, shared sites, and resources.
- Develop tools, communications, and resources to support go-to-market plans.
- Support brand priorities and customized solutions for key customers.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Facilitate the annual Joint Business Planning process.
- Communicate critical updates and sales information to internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demand, Supply, Finance, and other functions.
- Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain organized information.
- Lead or contribute to special projects as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry in a sales or marketing capacity.
- University degree, preferably in Business or a related discipline.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with major Canadian retailers.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, collaborative, and accountable.
- Ability to manage complexity and work effectively through ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required, including approximately once per year within Canada for 3 nights.
