Customer Experience Advocate

Summary of Job:

Join our team of professional Customer Experience Advocates helping businesses with all of their Residential service needs, such as HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.

Be part of a growing team where we thrive responding to calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional, and timely manner. We encourage daily interactions across business lines to provide an optimal level of support and communication.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Must practice active listening/ and problem-solving skills
• Driven, tenacious and enthusiastic attitude
• Service-minded 'How can I help?' approach
• Methodical, organized and with excellent attention to detail
• Team Player willing to roll sleeves up and collaborate with the team
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• High level interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms.
• Dynamics 365 experience a plus but not required.
• Five9 experience not required but desired.
