What you need:
.- Advanced level of English
.- High School Diploma/College Diploma.
.- Customer Service is desirable. However, If you havent had experience but have an outgoing personality and you are a real go-getter, we can show you the ropes!

.- Provide world-class service to our members. Answer any question regarding their memberships, available points.
.- Book and confirm reservations to our more than 180 destinations. Collect on outsatdning membership fees (maintenance and/or/ monthly fees).
.- Follow-up on members requests, queries and account servicing duties.
.- We work MON to SAT (hybrid model).

.- Gross base salary of $15,700MXN PLUS an amazing commission program (our Associates earm an average of $11,000mxn monthly in gross commission).
