What you will do : Support Customer Engagement : Assist the team in delivering best-in-class experiences by responding to customer inquiries via our omni-channel support systems. You will learn to engage with speed, empathy, and effectiveness. Assist with Onboarding & Compliance : Support the new customer onboarding process by helping to process applications and conducting initial KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks under supervision. Operational Support : Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the CX portfolio to ensure the department runs efficiently. Data Compilation : Assist in gathering feedback from chats & calls for the team to look into service improvements. Performance Tracking: Monitor and contribute to customer success metrics, learning how individual performance impacts company goals.
