What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer support through email, phone, live chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with product questions, order updates, shipping concerns, exchanges, and returns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional experience.
• Deliver accurate, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses across every interaction.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote or online customer support experience.
• Experience with platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer service tools is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Personally owned desktop or laptop with an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent).
• Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
