🚀 We’re hiring / Specialist – Customer Experience

📍 Barcelona | 🏢 Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)

We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Experience / Order Management Specialist to join an international organisation in Barcelona.

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring their orders are handled smoothly from end to end.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage customer orders and resolve issues proactively
• Act as a key point of contact for customers
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and other internal teams
• Work with ERP systems and maintain accurate customer/order data
• Analyse data and work with Excel on a regular basis
• Support Sales with customer information and preparation
• Identify opportunities to improve and digitalise processes

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations or a similar environment
• Strong ERP experience – SAP is highly preferred
• Good Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing several priorities
• Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and proactively speak with customers
• Languages: English, Spanish - French is a bonus

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has solid operational experience but is still looking to grow within an international organisation.
