Confirmation and collection of insurance claim documents
Information on missing documents
Enter insurance claim details into the A/S400 system
Auto EW claim data management_HMC EW & CPO EW
Auto EW claim handling & checking_ HMC EW & CPO EW
AS400 Basic Data Management
Service networks management and registration
Market research and major automobile parts survey
Happy call and customer satisfaction O/B call
Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Education, Certifications and Experience:
At least 5 years of related experience
Previous Experience:
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skill
- Good at documentation and figures
- Strong responsibilities
- Call center experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft office programs
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skill
- Possess a personal passion for after service, customer relationship partners and satisfaction
- High understanding of the system and excellent adaptability.
- Improve your automotive expertise step by step.
- Quick work processing possible based on Office’s proficient functions
