Company Overview Global Pharmacovigilance Software Company Job Description Overview A global technology company supporting the life sciences industry is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation projects for pharmaceutical clients in Japan. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end software implementation projects for new and existing clients Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget Lead cross-functional project teams (on-site and remote) Act as the primary client contact during project implementation Develop project plans, timelines, and resource coordination Work with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligned with SOW and project requirements Ensure projects follow standard implementation processes and quality standards Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of Project Management experience 5+ years of experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) Experience delivering software or IT system implementation projects Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience in GxP-regulated environments and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) preferred Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) preferred Japanese language proficiency required (JLPT N2 or above preferred) Experience working with Japan-based organizations is a plus Ability to start immediately is preferred Key Skills Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with SDLC, validation processes, and GAMP 5 Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project) Benefits Compensation An attractive and competitive salary package will be offered based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
