What You’ll Do Enhance Customer Interactions: Engage with customers through a mix of emails, live chats, social media, phone calls & video consultations, to deliver outstanding service experiences. Become a Product Expert: Keep up-to-date with our products, launches, and promotions to provide enthusiastic and informed support. Resolve Challenges Efficiently: Address customer concerns regarding orders, checkout, or product assembly swiftly and professionally. Excel in Customer Follow-Up: Guarantee exceptional service by proactively following up with customers post-interaction. Innovate Solutions: Creatively solve any issues that arise after sales to ensure continued customer satisfaction. Collaborate for Success: Work alongside the operations team to manage and fulfill special orders effectively. Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and overall excellence. Who We’re Looking For Talented service representatives with one year of experience and remarkable achievements Individuals comfortable with innovative technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential Availabilities from 8AM to 12AM EST, 7 days a week (40h week) Priority will be given to candidates available to work evenings and weekends Previous customer service experience in a contact centre is beneficial but not required Why Cozey Flexible Work Options: Work from home or enjoy our dog-friendly office setting — hybrid or fully remote to your liking!
