ABOUT THE ROLE

As Marketing Manager Care&Cure, Canteens and HMR you own and deliver the growth agenda for three operator groups. You lead the Operator Conversion Team (OCT) - a multi-disciplinary team with the aim to jointly deliver the growth targets. You do this in close collaboration with colleagues in trade & digital marketing, customer development and with our own chefs.

Your mission is to develop and execute omnichannel campaigns with valuable content and experiences tailored to the segments. You will be on top of the trends. You understand the challenges they face in serving their guests. You know their top dishes. The ultimate goal is to engage our customers with the right content and make them more loyal towards our amazing product portfolio. You will be working with power brands like Knorr Professional and Hellmann’s. Every day is different and you are in the driver's seat – that’s what makes this role so unique and challenging!


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the multi-disciplinary OCT to develop an ambitious Integrated Business Plan (IBP) for each segment (Care&Cure, Canteens and HMR)

  • Develop and execute end-to-end omnichannel campaigns to deliver the jobs to be done as set out in IBP

  • Build and manage partner ecosystems (Chef Ambassadors, Federations, Agencies, suppliers) to increase reach, penetration as well as build UFS brand awareness and credibility

  • Develop and execute customer-focused activities for large chain customers to drive engagement and growth, in close collaboration with our Account team (based on our Customer Value Assessment model)

  • Identify market trends, consumer needs, and translate insights into relevant activities

  • Continuously evaluate & optimize performance in the Care&Cure, Canteens and HMR segments

  • Own and optimize the marketing budget for your OCT


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Passion for foodservice and a “foodie” mindset

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing roles, ideally in Foodservice

  • Proven expertise in customer-centric sales funnels, agency management, and content creation

  • Strong digital marketing skills: lead generation, SEO, conversion optimization

  • Data-driven: proficient in PowerBI & Adobe Analytics, able to translate insights into action

  • Experience in managing projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
