About the Company

A Fortune 200 company is growing the customer onboarding function within its India GCC and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will make sure every new account reaches first value quickly and smoothly. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will guide new customers through setup, configuration, and early adoption, making sure every account reaches first value quickly and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Delivery

• Guide new customers through setup, configuration, and initial training
• Coordinate onboarding timelines and keep every account on track to first value
• Troubleshoot early-stage issues and loop in technical teams when needed

Process & Handover

• Document account setup details and hand off cleanly to the ongoing success team
• Maintain and improve onboarding playbooks, checklists, and training materials
• Flag account risks or gaps identified during onboarding to the wider team

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related role
• Strong project-coordination skills and comfort managing multiple accounts at once
• Clear, patient communication style suited to training new users
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience onboarding customers for a GCC, shared-services, or enterprise environment
• Familiarity with onboarding or project-tracking tools
• Comfort working with cross-functional and global stakeholders
