Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction post-onboarding. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team. Stay informed about our security services and industry trends to better assist clients. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenges calmly. Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
