Customer Operations Manager

As a Customer Operations Manager at Nokia, your core mission is to Deliver Better Customer experience by Orchestrating Planning & Delivery Operations for Hyperscale Customers, Drive Improved execution planning, Predictability and Fulfilment

• Act as OPS SPOC towards Customer team and Customer about order fulfilment and escalations
• Performs supply chain Management operations
• Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve supply chain design
• Contributes to supply chain processes and execution, profitability and efficiency meeting accurate and timely services to customers both in terms of quality and cost efficiency.
• Drive Demand Planning S&OP alignment with Sales/ PLM/ Supply Chain to ensure Timely Supply Planning trigger and maximum Forecast accuracy
• Supports pre-sales by evaluating logistics requirements, planning the Logistics and supply chain execution.
• Contributes to logistics execution process to meet the CT and Delivery Operations business targets (includes monitor and control)
• Manages Order Delivery Schedule with BD Supply chain, seek improvement, Chase down Supply shortages and mitigation, Provide daily/weekly updates to the CT and/Or Customers
• Drive Allocation requirement for specific customer during Supply chain shortage environment
• Own HW revenue Forecasting and alignment with Business controller In accordance to Execution plan and drive Risk Mitigation to achieve targets

You have:

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Order fulfilment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Expertise in Kinaxis, SAP, MS Office tools
• Proficiency in Requirement Analysis, Stakeholder management, Process Improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience with AI Agentic tools
• Familiarity with Hyperscale Business and requirement
