We are looking for a skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our Supply Chain organization and help us deliver an excellent customer experience.

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day customer operations from order entry to delivery. You will act as the primary operational contact for customers, representing their needs internally and working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and other stakeholders. In this role, proactive communication, accurate order management and strong collaboration are key to ensuring reliable deliveries and high-quality customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-delivery process from order entry to delivery in our ERP systems

• Act as the primary operational contact for customers and build strong relationships through proactive communication

• Prepare and manage customer documentation, including order confirmations, Certificates of Analysis and customer-specific instructions

• Maintain customer master data, manuals and operational guidelines

• Provide sales support for selected customers, including pricing, quotations and coordination using tools such as HubSpot

• Collaborate closely with Sales, warehouse operations, logistics partners and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries

• Contribute actively to customer satisfaction, loyalty and the continuous improvement of our service quality

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, order management or supply chain

• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification

• A service-minded and customer-oriented approach

• A structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working

• Strong communication and collaboration skills and a genuine team-player mindset

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage customer needs and operational details effectively

• Understanding of customer operations and order-to-cash processes in a supply chain environment

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably M3, and CRM tools such as HubSpot

• Understanding of logistics and delivery processes involving warehouses and transport partners

• Good Excel skills and experience with basic reporting

• AI skills are considered an advantage

• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
