Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in ERP and SAP systems.
• Monitor order execution and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and order-related data.
• Handle inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and documentation.
• Coordinate returns, claims, and credit note processes.
• Support customers in using online ordering platforms and e-commerce tools.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, internal procedures, and SLA requirements.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience through email and phone communication.

What we're looking for

• Fluent Dutch language skills.
• Good command of English for everyday business communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Order-to-Cash, Sales Support, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or SAP systems will be considered a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team.
• Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
