HybridYour Responsibilities:
- Handle technical customer complaints for customers across Europe
- Manage and evaluate technical customer complaints through the TSS CAQ platform in line with TSS 8D requirements
- Ensure that all required complaint-related information and data are collected and clarified
- Organize and coordinate immediate actions, including stock management, rework, and sorting activities
- Support technical investigations and root cause analysis in line with the 8D methodology
- Follow up with suppliers regarding the timeliness, adequacy, and completeness of the 8D process
- Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, Sales, and Procurement to ensure effective complaint resolution
Requirements:
- Technical education or a degree in Engineering
- Experience in a Quality-related role
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, ideally including 8D problem-solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience with SAP, CAQ, or other ERP systems would be an advantage
