NOTE: What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Dynamics 365 Developer / CRM Developer with strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, plugins, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform. Experience with Azure and DevOps is an advantage.

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, business analysts, and technical leads to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
• Develop system integrations and support Dataverse, data modeling, migration, and data quality activities.
• Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solution support, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM
• Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
• Dataverse
• C# / .NET
• JavaScript
• Plugins and workflows
• APIs and system integrations
• Experience with data handling, migration, and solution deployment.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Azure Service Bus
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with release and deployment management.
• Knowledge of CRM business processes such as:
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Finance
• Operations
• Experience working with enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
