Customer Sales Representative – Korean Market (Remote)

As we continue growing our Korean customer base, we're looking for a motivated sales representative who enjoys connecting with people and helping families discover the right English learning options for their children.

About the Role

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

In this role, you'll communicate with Korean-speaking prospective customers, learn about their needs, introduce Nao Now's programs, and support families throughout the enrollment process.

We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable having conversations with customers. Previous sales experience is helpful, but we're also open to candidates with strong customer service or other client-facing experience.

What You'll Do

Customer Communication

• Communicate with Korean-speaking prospective customers through phone, messaging, and other channels.
• Learn about parents' goals and expectations for their children's English education.
• Introduce Nao Now's programs and answer customer questions.
• Build friendly and professional relationships with prospective customers.
• Follow up with interested families and provide information throughout their decision-making process.

Sales Support

• Help prospective customers understand Nao Now's programs and learning experience.
• Keep track of customer conversations and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Work with the team to provide a smooth customer experience.
• Support team sales and enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating in English with our international team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience working with parents, families, or education services is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Organized and reliable with good follow-through.
• Comfortable using computers, messaging platforms, and basic CRM tools.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2C sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with Korean-speaking customers.
• Background in education, children's services, EdTech, or consumer businesses.
• Familiarity with CRM or customer management platforms.
• Interest in the Korean education market.
