About the Company:

Our client operates three home services companies, including cleaning, construction, and other related services. They are transitioning from an onsite operation to a fully remote setup and are looking for a remote agent to handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to manage incoming calls and customer inquiries for their home services businesses. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations in a fully remote environment. Training will be provided for this position.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.

• Schedule and reschedule appointments with clients.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely responses.

• Manage customer interactions professionally and calmly, especially with angry or frustrated customers.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native or C2 English level (client-facing role).

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Experience scheduling and rescheduling appointments with clients.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection with very good Wi-Fi.

• A quiet, professional workspace suitable for handling customer calls.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in the home services industry (construction, cleaning, or similar).

• Experience with Workiz.

• Familiarity with Jobber and Tresta.

• Flexible and open to working weekends in the future.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

08:00 AM - 06:00 PM CT

Weekends: Yes

45 hours per week
