Must communicate in Chinese; work across English/Chinese/Malay in a supportive, fast-paced, - We usually respond within three days JOB OVERVIEW: Work from home, need to have your own private room and PC/Laptop to work. Handle Livechat/Whatsapp to chat with customers (no phone calls) and some daily tasks. Able to work in morning shifts and night shifts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle Livechat/Whatsapp to chat with customers (no phone calls) and some daily tasks. Reliable and trustworthy in handling customer information and resolving inquiries professionally. Able to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and quality service. Responsible and accountable for customer issues, follow-ups, and service outcomes. Disciplined in following SOPs guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience. Good team collaboration with other departments. Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and methods for continuous improvement. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Can communicate verbally in Chinese.
