As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting. Experience with CRM software and customer support tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various communication platforms and remote work tools. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
