You will assist them through email, livechat and (facebook) messenger. With consultation, this can be arranged flexibly. Our office is located on the highway in Rosmalen. The office is easily accessible by public transport from Nijmegen, Eindhoven, and Den Bosch. The working hours are flexible between 08:00 and 22:00. If you work in the office you will work from 08:30 - 17:00. You can do the job fully remotely if you don’t live close by the office. You always know how to put a positive spin on a sometimes difficult conversation. You will build a relationship with our members and make sure that every conversation ends with a satisfied member. Together with our team, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and you are an important link in this process. Your duties include: Answering emails and messenger messages from our members; Maintaining good contact with our members and together with your team ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction; To provide a listening ear in conversations that are sometimes difficult; Translating content and vacancies; Who are you?
