The role

You'll be the voice of Easypeasy for our students. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and make sure every interaction leaves our customers more confident, not more frustrated. If you enjoy solving problems in real-time, keeping conversations clear and warm even when things get complicated, and working in a fast-paced international environment, this role is for you.

🎯 What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries across chat, email, and other channels, mainly through our CRM tools
• Resolve issues quickly, escalating when needed with clear context for the next team member
• Keep track of recurring problems and share patterns with the team to improve our processes
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to make the whole student experience better
• Give every customer a professional, respectful experience, whether their issue is simple or complex

⭐ What we're looking for

• Excellent English (C1/C2), spoken and written, clear and professional
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in digital/remote environments
• Comfortable with CRM tools like Intercom, Zendesk or similar
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-directed, organised, comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Flexible with rotating shifts, including weekends

• Rotating shifts, 5 days per week (weekends included on rotation)
