Customer Service Agent - Work from Home - Arvato - 20th March

This is a full-time role and you will be hired on a temp-perm basis. This is a fully remote opportunity. Must be available 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday for the first 3 weeks for training. Application Process: Stage 1 - Apply for the job Stage 2 - Join an information session Stage 3 - You will be required to complete a short video interview Stage 4 - If you are successful you will be required to complete a credit check (This is company working in the financial industry - VW Finance) Stage 5 - Hired for role, including 3 weeks training Key Responsibilities What you’ll need: • Previous experience in a busy customer support role. • Excellent customer service skills, friendly and approachable telephone manner. • Ability to work well under pressure, resilience when needed and an empathetic nature. • A team worker with a flexible approach and good communication skills. • Attention to detail.
