Customer Service Associate - REMOTE - Eastern Time

About the Position: ISG is hiring a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to make outbound follow-up calls to insureds who have pending insurance requirements. This is not a sales role — you'll help policyholders understand what's needed, answer basic questions, and keep the process moving, all while accurately documenting each interaction in Microsoft Dynamics. What You'll Do: Make outbound calls regarding pending insurance information and missing documentation. Explain requirements clearly and help customers navigate the online portal. Leave professional voicemails and complete follow-up attempts. Answer basic questions and escalate complex issues appropriately. Document all calls and commitments accurately in Microsoft Dynamics. Maintain follow-up schedules and meet productivity expectations. What We're Looking For: Professional, friendly phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence making high volume outbound calls. Ability to stay composed and be persistent with frustrated or hesitant customers. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation. Comfortable learning new software. Ability to work in a remote setting with reliable internet and no distractions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Experience: Customer service or call center experience. Experience with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics. Insurance industry background.
