Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our busy call center is seeking enthusiastic, proactive and dependable professionals to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and responding to customer questions and requests in accordance with company policies. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and an ability to multi-task.
We are currently hiring in CONUS United States. Please take note, we are NOT currently hiring in the US states listed below:

Responsibilities:

Requirements
This is a Remote position. We are currently hiring in CONUS United States. Please take note, we are NOT currently hiring in the US states listed below:

Mandatory Training is part-time hours and varies between 3 - 6 weeks.
Pay Scale is as follows:
$10 - $12 once client certified
Higher earning potential, including bonuses after 60 days.
In order to qualify for a pay increase, minimum metric standards must be met:
- Schedule Adherence
- Call Quality Score
Training Schedules are Mon - Fri. Time will be determined during the onboarding phase.
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET
5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
