• Steuerung und Überwachung der Auditplanungen inklusive Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten
• Bearbeitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen Ihrer Kunden
• Erstellung von Angeboten
• Vorbereitung der Zertifikate
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen & Kündigungen
• Datenpflege in verschiedenen Systemen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bürokaufmann/-frau, Reiseverkehrskaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung) oder Quereinsteiger
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
• Lösungsorientiertes, kreatives und strukturiertes Arbeiten
• Freude an telefonischer Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden sowie an konstruktiver Lösungsfindung
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse; zusätzliche gute Kenntnisse einer weiteren Sprache von Vorteil.
