1-st Line Support Specialist with French

Miejsce pracy: Kraków OR Katowice OR Lublin

Currently, for our client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of French for the position of IT Support Specialist.

Project information:

• Location: Lublin / Katowice / Kraków - hybrid work model
• Working hours: Mon-Sat 7-22 (8-hour shifts)
• Languages: English and French
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

Responsibilities:

• End User support
• Issue handling and escalation
• Provide IT services
• Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Support
• Experience in use of MS Windows and Office365
• Problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Multitasking

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft: Server, Exchange, Azure, Office365
