Role Description This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site store presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Service Manager / Store Manager / Customer Service Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience and adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include supervising customer-facing staff, handling escalated customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and monitoring service standards. The role also involves coordinating shifts, supporting inventory control, implementing loss prevention measures, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment. The individual will generate basic performance reports, collaborate with management on improvement initiatives, and support training and coaching to strengthen overall customer service quality.

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with experience managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact with diverse customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including coordinating staff, overseeing daily operations, and supporting inventory and merchandising activities.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to help minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service supervision, or store management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule with flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (POS systems, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Relevant vocational training or a certificate in retail, business, or customer service is an advantage; equivalent experience is also valued.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site responsibilities in Abu Dhabi with remote tasks.
