Customer Service Representative Location: 100% Remote (LATAM-based) Salary: Competitive Schedule: Full-Time Shift: Aligned with U.S. business hours Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement About the Role We are seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to support U.S.-based businesses in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer support. You will assist customers, manage appointments and follow-ups, document information accurately, and help ensure a positive experience on every interaction.
