- Rate:$26 - $28 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay
- Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Duration:3 months

- Deep Compassion & Empathy: A heartfelt dedication to community care, active listening, and a calm, reassuring tone that makes people feel heard and valued.
- Contact Centre Experience: A proven track record handling inbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment with a focus on first-contact resolution and high service standards.
- Tech Confidence: Comfortable navigating customer databases (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office systems, and learning new internal software.
- Clear Communication: Articulate, professional, and patient verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Resilience & Positive Attitude: Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to step up and help colleagues and callers alike.
- Meaningful Impact: Connect with people who truly appreciate your help and make a real difference in their daily lives.
- Comprehensive Paid Training: A fully supported 6-week induction program covering systems, workflows, and continuous coaching to set you up for success.
- Great Work-Life Balance: Standard Monday to Friday business hours (no late nights or weekend shifts!) plus hybrid working (2 days WFH) following your initial induction.
