About the role:
We are looking for Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team based in CBD. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, self-driven, technical professional who is passionate about problem solving and providing customer support or someone who is a recent graduate and is looking to start their career.
Role responsibilities:
- Keen sensitivity to customer needs.
- Ability to develop warm customer relationship.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Experience/ Skills required:
- An A+/A or B+ equivalent bachelor’s degree in information technology or in relevant field.
- Relevant work experience in a technology/product industry.
