Customer Service Representative

Pine Valley Plumbing in Merrimack, NH is looking for a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This full-time position offers $18 - $30 per hour and will begin as a remote role, transitioning to our new office location when it opens in 2027.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The role will be performed remotely until our new office facility opens in 2027, at which time employees will transition to an in-office environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service from their first call to job completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatches
• Managing daily work orders through FieldPulse or similar software
• Following up on estimates, memberships, and completed services
• Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with administrative and office support tasks
• Communicating with customers and team members to ensure jobs run smoothly

Your ability to stay organized, multitask, and solve problems will help create a seamless experience for both our customers and field technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of experience using dispatching, scheduling, or service management software
• Experience handling customer calls and coordinating appointments
• Working knowledge of FieldPulse, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or comparable programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
