About the role



As a Customer Service Representative in our National Contracts team, you'll be a key point of contact for our contract partners and internal teams, helping keep services running smoothly across the network. Your day will include:

• Delivering responsive, high-quality service to external stakeholders and contract partners
• Liaising with commercial managers, operations managers and clinic site leads to resolve enquiries and keep work moving
• Managing your own workload and following enquiries through to resolution
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the team's day-to-day processes
• Working closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to share knowledge and support each other

About you

• A customer-focused approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering great service
• Confidence working with external stakeholders and building relationships at all levels, including commercial and operations managers
• A motivated self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail
• Previous customer service or account management experience is highly regarded, and healthcare or contracts experience is a bonus
