Customer Service Representative

• Sell and service a full range of life, disability, personal, and commercial insurance products
  
• Help clients make informed decisions by identifying coverage options that align with their goals
  
• Attend regular sales and training meetings to build expertise and stay informed on market developments
  
• Partner with knowledgeable team members across departments to provide comprehensive customer support
  
• Grow your product knowledge, sales skills, and professional confidence with ongoing team guidance and support
  
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently
  
• Other duties as assigned/as necessary
  

Details:

• Position is full-time, direct hire
  
• 100% in-office for initial training period; hybrid schedule to follow
  
• M-F 8:30 – 5:00, flexible after training
  
• $20.00 - $25.00 / hour base pay depending on experience; monthly bonuses
  
• Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays (eligible after 45 days of employment)
  
• Experience in a Customer Service role; insurance experience preferable
  
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Self-motivated
  
• Relocation not available
