Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent spoken English, and previous experience working with US-based companies.

This is a full-time, long-term remote opportunity for someone who is reliable, professional, proactive, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following roles:
• Customer Service Representative
• Appointment Setter
• Sales Representative
• Previous experience working with US-based companies or clients.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Native English speakers are also welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate professionally with US customers.
• Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Must have a stable and reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Must be available to work on the US Eastern Time (EST/EDT) schedule.
