Responsibilities Answer incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Assist clients in understanding the cash offer process and answer their questions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer service strategies. Provide clients with necessary documentation and support throughout the selling process. Continuously update knowledge of real estate market trends to assist clients effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
