Customer Service Representative (CSR)-Entry-Level

Description Nurses on Call Inc is seeking a entry level and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and ensure a positive customer experience through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the support and assistance they need. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and concerns, contributing to the overall patient experience and satisfaction. This position is vital in helping us maintain our commitment to exceptional care and service. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Assist customers with orders, returns, account updates, and general questions. Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems. Meet established service and performance standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
